Yes that will be your first non-test item - Kantar should send you some real SMARTS soon.  Do NOT put a training SMART in a real item - if you haven't received any real SMARTS by January then I would suggest dropping them a message via the website or app

I’d agree you’d at least need to log them some time the same day. They won’t notice the odd late one, but if you’re regularly not updating till another day, that is likely to get flagged.
Ditto not using the app - not obligatory at present but it does seem to be moving that way.
Thanks to all the replies re having to log items you have sent asap using the app .  Ive been doing them as soon as I get home which is probably about 10 minutes after posting but not using the app.  Ive got one to post after midday tomorrow so will log it as soon as I get home but use the app.
Interestingly got one on 17th to send before midday and one after midday.  Be interesting if I post 1st one just before midday and then the other just after midday .  Then rush home to log them both

just a quick question, when it says after midday does that mean anytime after that, so can i post it late say after 7 on my way home from work, or does it still need to be in post box for collection on that day?
    thanks

Thanks for posting about the training smarts - I wouldn't have know there was a difference!  I am still sending post to the test address (West Bromwich).
How long is it normally before you are off the training?

Hi I have just got a message saying I have to record sent items via the app using the internet.  I have the app but only use wifi when Im out and about, so could be a while before I register something as sent.  How quick do things need to be registered as sent.  If has to be immediate, will have to drop out as not worth my while paying for internet vs what I get from sending stuff.
In that case, I would not use the app on my phone but log on to the website when back at home.

    From their help section:

If you can’t post within the time slot, post the item on the scheduled date, if possible before the last collection time of your chosen posting point. Please record the exact time you posted the item together with the date.

Hi I can post it after Midday as required but wasn't sure how long after midday I'm allowed to post it (if that makes sense) does it mean anytime after midday( so for instance 7pm or anytime after midday before last collection. I presume it would say after midday before last collection if that was the case,. sorry it's the first time I have been on the panel :-)
    thanks

Some of their requirements don’t make sense. When they say lost after midday and also preferably before the last post, how does that work when there is only one collection from my nearest post box and it is marked as 9am on the post box?
