Has anyone received the 2021 diary yet?

There was a message about sending them but no indication of when they might actually do so.

I have been welcomed back to the survey but not yet received anything to post and can't see anything in the item preparation section for this week or next so can't see that they have any other reason to send me anything by post.  I don't want to buy a pocket diary if I'm going to get one soon.

Got an unaddressed survey invite today and it was still there when I logged in

I have never seen an invite to the unaddressed survey when I mentioned it to them at one point a couple of years ago the denied it existed.

I received my diary last week in a posting pack for January. I’d imagine you’ll receive it in a posting pack but if there’s nothing showing in the item preparation section for the next few weeks then Kantar won’t be sending you anything now until January.

Just loggred in after seeing comment above & the UMS was still there, so accepted.  I seem to be picking these up on a regular basis at present.

Neither I have - although I haven't asked them about it.  I now think of it as a magical leprechaun that will appear if I say the right words one day : )
