Yeah there have been a ton of queries in recent months - in my area only 60% of first class mail is getting there the next day, due to covid staff shortages, so I can understand the queries.  Still annoying though

  • I had a message last week (as opposed to the automatic queries) saying that they’d noticed that the items I’d posted were all turning up later than they would expect and asking me whether I was recording items as posted before I’d actually posted them!

besides the fact that I’m not, I’d have thought that the tracking devices would have pinpointed where the issue actually was, for example, if it was stuck in a postbox that wasn’t collected etc.

  • Glad I'm not the only one getting so many queries! Thanks for putting my mind at ease. I considered using the app, but I am on Pay as You Go on my mobile and imagine it would cost me money as it uses up data.
  • Been on the panel now for many years and for the very first time I have received a misdelivered item whilst doing the correctly delivered survey.   The house number and road is the only correct line on the address, it should have been delivered to a different town and post code.  Searched on post code checker and the envelope is correctly addressed so goodness knows how I have got it.

The only time I get misdelivered mail is when I'm not on the correctly delivered survey.
Always for the same number house but on a different street - the same wrong street every time and it's not one of the surrounding streets either. I reckon their little boxes in the sorting office must be next to each other.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • I am sorting out redeeming my points. I noticed that Tesco is no longer on the list. Must make a reminder to self to redeem points as soon as they are issued rather than letting them build up. I have already made the mistake with the paper vouchers that shops are reluctant to accept  anything other than plastic and love to shop will not convert the vouchers to points. :s

This means I will have to go out shopping and risk the virus or accept love to shop will take my money for unused vouchers. In normal circumstances I would have used the paper vouchers but I have been trying to avoid shops whenever possible.

Yes, I'm in a similar position and have built up quite a lot of points but am simply not doing any physical retail shopping at the moment and don't really understand how to use the online system.  If there a detailed explanation anywhere in the system explaining for idiots like me how the redemption works?

I had a misdelivered item the other day and I’m currently on the correctly delivered survey. Unfortunately, it was an item that should have come to me but was instead delivered to a neighbour.  The correctly delivered survey doesn’t seem to cater for this scenario but perhaps it should?

If you click on the My Rewards on the menu, it will take you to a different website where you can convert your points to e vouchers. I've just converted mine to Amazon vouchers. You get emailed a code, enter that in to Amazon (either in checkout or in the gift card section) and they will be held in Amazon as a gift card balance.
