I received mine last week, even though I apparently won’t be on the main survey in October!

Ditto - Received similar last week along with another set and presentation pack as I am finishing next week.
In this stint received 10 books of 1st class standard and large, plus the 2 presentation packs

I don't write many snailmail letters these days but find a packet of stamps popped inside birthday cards or Get Well  cards makes a nice little surprise.

Only a compliment slip to tell me they were my October stamps.

No, I still have a few things to post in September (3 items I think) so that came with that but I’ve got the email saying I’m finishing and the slip of paper said they were October stamps.

Got a letter to post today and another on Thursday. Not received this weeks posting pack yet but its an afternoon postage so a few more hours yet for it to reach me so not gave up hope yet.

Sent a letter and because the app was playing up I sent a message as per the help guidance. 

Get a reply signposting me to the guidance and telling me to send the message I’ve already sent. 

Do they actually bother reading any of the queries we send them?

I have ordered a Love to Shop card and not sure how they work. Can I use the same card at different shops running the balance down or do I have to keep to the one I made the first transaction in.
