Can I just have a little rant? Coming to the end of my 6 month stint but feeling very frustrated about all the effort we are putting in and how useful it really is to anyone? As mentioned before, every single time I have posted an item I have reported the Collection Times are wrong on the survey, every single time uploading a photograph of the correct times on the post box. I doubt anyone has taken any notice over the 6 months of me doing that, assume it is all automated and not actually looked at by a living soul? And the other thing I thought I could alert them to with this posting survey lark was the fact that a lot of my post arrives with the stamps not stamped IYKWIM. Sometimes the postie remembers to mark them with biro but 99 out of a 100 times he does not. But there is no way of reporting this in the survey. I have emailed them, suggesting it would be so easy to add another question to the survey about postage marks/dates, which got acknowledged. But nothing ever happened. Never mind. Rant over. I guess I will re-use the stamps and move on. Another week of the Correctly Delivered to do and then having a rest.

They did ask about the postmark the last time I did the survey which ended in January but I have noticed that they do not since starting on my new stint. I have had numerous queries asking if I am sure I posted on a particular date and time, even though I have been standing by the postbox using their App. I have also been asked 3 times in the last 2 weeks if I am sure I have received post when I have said I did.5

I also had an invite to main survey in my inbox just now to restart at the end of October. It's earlier than expected for me because i was paused by lockdown then was retired from main survey in June. Today I wasn't asked how i feel about going to post offices but shall play it by ear and use common sense
Hope you're all keeping safe and well 🤞1 -

This reinforces the theory that the email is sent to everyone, but places are limited to certain areas or people.1 -
