Received an item this morning with the wrong R number, so I'm unable to log it.

I've never had one like that.   Does the postcode on the label not match yours?

That is exactly the problem and obviously another panellist will also have a problem when they receive my R number. I have messaged them and await a response.

    Hello fellow panelists,

Just a quick newbie question as I’ve been recently been accepted on to the panel.

Today I’ve received my first pack which I understand to be a test/training pack. All I need to do is apply the R-Number sticker to the form inside each letter, enclose the RFID card and obviously post it on the date & time as per the schedule and record when/where on the app?

My other query is that on the information label sheet, in addition to the R-number labels and return address, I have 2 labels with my name and address on them - What are they for?

iiThey are just additional labels as sometimes you can be sent as many as 3 packages of items for you to send.

So really for use at the other end if need be , you can use them as you want or shred.

    Thanks for the quick response.

Seems very simple and straightforward so far!

I've also just received the invitation.
Due to re-commence joining the posting panel next month, and TNS are sending out a pinpoint device.  When fitted correctly, you have to take pictures of the device, and will be awarded 500 points.
