    Not received my LTS voucher for unaddressed survey ending 23rd December either, sent a message asking when they are sending them out but they replied asking for my full address,STRANGE as I have been doing the surveys for years and not moved house.

    It is a lot. It's a lot more than when I first started on the panel a few years ago and I'm getting fed up with it. Oh well, it keeps us busy

    Has anyone had this message before on logging into TNS "This account has been closed for survey participation. Click “contact us” if you need assistance."


    I did the main survey about 2 years ago and when the re-invite came through after the rest period I declined but chose the option to be contacted again. In the interim I've done several correctly addressed/unaddressed surveys (although none since they changed the invites to early afternoon as I'm working then so miss the email). Just thought I'd log in now on the offchance something might pop up and got the above message. Does it mean I've been removed altogether? I tried clicking the Contacting Us option but thats only an auto response saying to log in on the portal if I want to send message!



    Any insights appreciated - thanks.

    Yeah I had to email them again for mine ending 23rd Dec.It came today registered delivery.

    I received my Feb stamps on 12th Jan so I assume you mean the March stamps. Jan stamps came on 21st Nov and Dec stamps on 20th Oct so they seem overdue.
