I contacted them today asking when I would receive mine and received a reply which said if not received by end of next week to contact them again. As they close for the holidays on 21st it looks like it could be January before it is received. Not good!!!

I too have yet to receive mine, I emailed an enquiry in on Friday, it's looking like they haven't actually sent anyones out yet :xmassmile

I'm on my second stint on the main posting panel, and have had no real issues either time so far - but today I got a message saying they want to talk with me over the phone to 'confirm some data'.

Has this happened to anyone else?!

I've had them phone up in the past - and talk to the answerphone. I usually sort it out by e-mail. You could ask them to put the questions in the messages if you don't want them phoning.

I received my incentive for UD i did at that time this morning but not yet received for the CD I was doing at the same time. Despite emailing last week to query both i haven't had a reply yet. It does seem like such a long gap between completing those surveys and getting reward that a cynical mind might almost think they're hoping we will forget about it it

My reward for the October Unaddressed Survey came in todays mail too. Rewards do seem to be longer arriving these days.
