I have had the same problem this week with the app. it says that they are done and disappear from my phone but they are still there when I go to my I pad or computer. This isn't related to the survey but I wasn't impressed to receive an item of post in an 'Our sincere apologies' bag today as it had been damaged.
My son's birthday card, with 'Happy birthday' in the corner and 'Master' on the first line of the address, had been sliced open along two slides, checking for money, I assume! It definitely hadn't got caught in the machinery as the card itself was untouched. Not very impressed!0 -
Just wondering if anyone else did the Unaddressed mail survey that started 22nd October and if so, did you receive your incentive?
I contacted them today asking when I would receive mine and received a reply which said if not received by end of next week to contact them again. As they close for the holidays on 21st it looks like it could be January before it is received. Not good!!!0 -
