Received December usual incentive stamps last week with the week starting of 29th Oct posting pack. In past years they use to inc. extra Xmas stamps/diary, is that not the case any more or maybe they'll come later in the month?0

I already thought that - the new designs aren't released until early November. So maybe we'll get them in mid-November with January incentive?I need to think of something new here...0

Not commented on here before. Been doing the panel a few years. No great problems. The rejigging of software has made it easier though the software for mobiles I find somewhat buggy.
The big thing I've noticed is just being paid in stamps now and no first day covers. Used to look forward to them. Felt appreciated. Less so these days.
