I have never been able to read these post script articles. The right side is always obscured by the newsfeed text box.

I also have this problem. Have emailed them to complain about it. Action was promised but hasn,t happened yet.

If whoever wrote "5/10/18 <12 P/B" on back of the envelope which I received today is on this site, would they please stop!
This does seem to be happening more often these days.

I have them with the dates written on the front....making it blatantly obvious!
I also get the remark "I think this box is empty ! " when I take the cube shaped box off the postman! Lol

For anyone worried that you're missing out because you can't read the Oceanmail article please be assured that you really are not. IMO it's basically a very long winded piece about messages in bottles, music titles that fit with the theme and 'fake news' (in the author's own words) surrounding the subject. If anyone wants it and it's allowed I'm more than happy to copy the article here or can pm those that want to read it!!

    A couple of suggestions ....

Firstly, I presume you are viewing in landscape orientation with 4 coloured boxes across the top.
The right-hand most box "Queries" is as wide as the News Feed column below it.
The other 3 boxes, "Items To Send" "Messages" & "SMARTs To Return", are centrally located and are as wide as the as column containing the newsletter under them, below the "Post Script" header.
There's also a left-hand column with all the Postal Panel options under the "WELCOME, YOUR NAME" heading.

    ABOVE this is

    Logo?key=PORTAL_LOGO

Just to the left-hand of this logo are 3 horizontal lines with a left chevron < to their left.
CLICK on this and the "OPTIONS" column collapses width ways leaving just the icons.
These icons are clickable or click again on the 3 lines (now with a right side located RIGHT chevron > ) to restore column and descriptions.

Collapsing this increases the width of BOTH the Post Script and News Feed areas and might solve your problem.

ALTERNATIVELY .... what happens if you view the Postal Panel in PORTRAIT orientation ?

It actually says HIDE MENU alongside the 3 lines

On my tablet, hiding the menu the coloured boxes become FULL WIDTH "Bars" one above the other.

Below these it also makes the POST SCRIPT into a FULL width scrollable window ...

and below that is a similar one for News Feed

When I prepare items for posting, which I try to do in advance as I'm busy, I then put a tiny yellow sticky Post It note on each item noting the date, time and venue where it should be posted.

This enables me to keep tabs on the posting schedule without writing any identifying marks on the actual item and I can just pull the "sticky" off on the relevant day for action.

I suspect that many Posties probably know the cubes are test items and go out do their way to try and deliver those items efficiently to the addresses involved but if they've got any common sense will fein to seem unaware of it.

I have said it many times. In the main posties couldn't care less.

Blank dvd is is my explanation. Also do not use the same post office in case they know I am a mystery poster.

One thing I feel embarrassed about is having to the hand over a cube when TNS have sometimes put the stamps on already.

Why are you embarrassed about handing a Cube in at the counter? It's the only place that it can be accepted into the postal system since it can't fit through the slot in any post box currently available nationwide...
    (though this may change - https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2018/08/royal-mail-trials-new-parcel-postboxes/ )
or TNS suitable - the "NEW" boxes is NOT for "normal" stamped mail, and doesn't cater for APLs or specifically test & check counter services & collections.

Over the years, starting well before I joined TNS mail survey, I've mailed dozens of parcels, mostly ebay, and the vast majority always had a mixed selection of various value stamps already stuck on when I arrived at the counter. Sometimes I needed a "top up" of a few pence and would buy some 1p,2p stamps etc. , very rarely I'd buy stamps to the full value and stick them on there and then. :)

Until TNS I'd never gone the APL route

I say artificial flower samples. If the stamps are on already I ask "Could you please weigh it for me in case my home scales are wrong and I've underestimated what the postage is."

As previously said, no other option but to hand a cube/parcel over the counter, so if it's already stamped, I ask for Proof of Posting. This is also a good reason for using the counter IF it's an item (letter/jiffy) that would have gone through a post box slot. The APL receipt provides the same proof.

... and recently I've been telling them EXACTLY what is in it :D

The only reason I feel embarrassed is because I am not buying the postage from that particular post office and as we know every little helps.
