I have had the same message too. There was one week when I was unable to post an item so I followed the rules and did it the same day the following week I did have an item to post that day so did them together. I have 3 items to post on one day this week two before midday and one after midday , am I supposed to walk around to three different post boxes ?

I also got the message - however I did actually post three items at once a few days ago. There were two items to be posted that day anyway and I had one carryover item from the week before. As they have never mentioned we should not post more than two items per day then how were we supposed to know?

As the message said post no more than 2 items in one day then I would carry one of them over until next week - now we know we are supposed to do that :rotfl:

Well I got the message too (after a long hard day at work) and I have replied telling them to jog on.

It was getting ridiculous! Having to log on and do computerised admin for them, EVERY day...collecting mail, recording mail, preparing parcels and jiffy bags and CD boxes, getting rid of all the bl**dy PAPERWORK they inundate you with. Being asked to make two car trips a day, on some days, AM and PM, was the cherry on the cake!

Now I'm getting snotty messages!. And all for receiving some pathetic stamps, which I don't begin to know how to use except at Christmas. (don't get me started on the gift pack stamps!)
The Love to Shop vouchers were a pain, too...I was fed up of sales staff examining them like they had come from Mars, it felt humiliating.

I have put all of their paperwork and SMARTS is in an envelope and it's being shipped STRAIGHT back to them, tomorrow morning.

Hi Primrose,
WHen entering the data in the unaddressed survey, make sure that you enter the date first before selecting 'other' or one of the photos, then it should work. If you're doing it on a phone or tablet you may not be able to see the date box which appears above the photos. If you can't move your screen around or get it to accept your data try to do it on a pc/laptop if you can.

I have never posted more than two items from the same location so completely confused with the whole situation. They are definitely not in my good books at this moment in time and I look forward to an apology from them.

I am so glad it isn't just me who had this message, if the time on the box is for last collection at 9am and it's not collected until 1pm (which is the case at my nearest box) then I post 2 together if the date is correct, I also always follow the times given.

I also had this message which worried me somewhat as I always follow their instructions so couldn't understand where I had gone wrong!

Today I have 2 cubes to post - both before midday. This is their instructions so I shall post them both together.

Me too... I had a couple of missed postings when I was unexpectedly away and carried over to the next week so I ended up posting 3 things at once. So I'll share the blame for everyone else being nagged....
