Fair enough if it were correct. However I have only posted items on the day specified and at the the appointed date and time of day. I also never have to catch up. I have never posted more than TWO items on the same day from the same postal location. The only occasion I may post two items from the location if one is before last collection, before midday or after midday. I hasten to add the the two items would only be posted at the requested time of day.

Same bloody message to me too.....needless to say I replied with a snotty Message back to them!
Very annoying when I know I stick to the schedule 100%!!!

You and I are on the same page with this. I did the same. The way the message started was to imply it was me specifically.

Think someone is going to be a tad busy tomorrow, when they look at the messages received about this ‘don’t be naughty’ post. I thought I’d check here to see if anyone else had received it - looks like everyone, rather than anyone....

Glad to see I'm not alone, I've also sent my response back to them. I always post on the days and times I'm asked to.

I've had it as well. Although in the last couple of weeks when I've had some saying after 12 and another saying before last collection I have put them in the same post box at the same time late afternoon.
Which is correct, but now clearly not what they want. The problem is I work in another town so can only post before and after work. If they hadn't changed most of the post boxes near me to before 9am I'd have more options to stick them in on the way home.

Same here. Have not posted more than 1 item on a single day. Admittedly I have my main post box and office as they are just down the road but I have used 3 other boxes over the past couple of weeks. I get the feeling someone has pressed a wrong button, fits in with their usual level of incompetence

I received the same message too and was feeling rather aggrieved! I have actually had to catch up recently as my son has just started school and it's been tricky to post but I always use different boxes and go out of my way to meet their timings and vary my postboxes. It's a lot trickier to do this survey nowadays – a couple of my nearest post offices have closed and several of my most used postboxes have changed to 9am or even 7am collection times!

I'm glad it was a general message rather than specifically aimed at me! Good way to annoy people!!
