Sorry, I'm not explaining myself well. Hopefully it will become clear once I've got into the swing of things.

Log in to the Postal Platform

In the "lefthand column" > POSTING LOCATION

that brings up

Posting Location

Favourite Posting Locations

Postbox +

Post Office +

Click on the + sign and a list of all YOUR "registered" posting locations are listed

Post BOXES under the 1st, Post OFFICES under the 2nd

The Post Box AT a Post Office needs to be in the 1st list and that's the one you pick when posting a letter, jiffy bag or CD/DVD box there. (IN THE BOX)

Select the POST OFFICE when handing a CUBE or Medium Box OVER THE COUNTER.

One of them came inside a thin polythene bag with a ROYAL MAIL SURVEY included :rotfl:

the surveys are applied at mail centres.
Its independent of the survey and not really to the same purpose.

Yes, thanks. I saw that it is for "Characteristics" analysis of mail types etc.
