Thanks Chrisv, I see what you're saying, but I registered '0' post a few times over the two weeks, and this was the first time (on the last day of the survey) I received said message. Could understand it if the message had appeared previously when registering '0' post, but it didn't.

Ah, gotcha I only had '0' once or twice, but I got the message each time.

Im doing the unaddressed for the first time ,,started monday ( Bank holiday ) am i right in not doing anything if i havent recieved any ??????? or should i click a "O" box somewhere?

The new system does not require you to enter 0 if you do not receive any unaddressed mail.

For unaddressed mail, I seem to receive a message most weekends to say that the survey starts the following Monday. I thought this ran for 3 weeks at a time, so why does it start most Mondays?! Also, I've never received any reward as yet for entering the information - any one else in the same position?

Very slow in sending the £5 vouchers. Got the correctly delivered one fairly quickly but the unaddressed still not here. Will leave it until next week then give them a nudge.

Yes they have got very slow in sending out the £5 vouchers for the Unaddressed Mail and Correctly Delivered surveys - I had to chase my last one but it wasn't missing, they just hadn't sent them out yet. They never used to be so slow with them when we had the old website

No, they seem to be much slower now.
I think they send them all out together now depending on the wave you did.
