They should come with the first live posting pack, not the training packs.
Then again with the final posting pack.

The invites are becoming a bit of a shambles, I had to go out just after 9 and of course when I was able to log in just now the invite had gone. They should have cancelled them due to the login problem and sent another email later.

Received four invitations but couldn't log in. Tried three times to reset my password but nothing is accepted. Also got a completely garbled screen.

Hi all.

So been doing the Kantar survey where you send those SMART cards since the end of March (~28th).

Send my first on the 4th April.

Recieved the initial 12x1st class and 4x large letter 1st class stamps with my welcome pack.

And that's where the rewards have stopped. I know we're supposed to get the aforementioned rewards every month, and a special edition set of stamps at the start and end of the 6 month period, but I havent seen them either.

Anyone who has been on this scheme, can you tell me if you generally recieve the monthly stamps at the beginning of the month (in advance for the month to come, eg april 1st for all of april), or at the end (eg april 28th for the april thats just been)

By my reconing I should have recieved more stamps whichever way this goes, as it's now approaching the end of May and I havent had anything since the stuff in the welcome back.

In regards to the special edition stamps, I read somewhere in this post that you get them at the start of the 'live' period of the scheme, not the 'training'? I am still sending and recieving these training smarts, and have been doing this for 2 months! It's not that complicated lol.

I have messaged them on their in house query inbox, and written all thats above, but they simply gave me a link to read first (which was just the guide you get when you start, and outlined none of my queries). I reiterated this and then simply recieved a reply saying 'sorry, my stamps will now be sent out separately.'

Whether this means the stamps for April, May or what, is completely ambiguous.

First world problems, I know, but they offer incentives, so should give them. It's not a lot of work doing this, but it is still that.

you only get the monthly stamps while on the live panel, not while training, you won't get anything else till you go live, based on the 2 months you have been doing it i'd expect sometime soon but who knows based on current timescales with the new system. so what you have had is correct as you are only training

It sounds as though you are still in training mode if all you are doing is sending the training Smarts & letters back to them.


You will receive the Commemorative stamps when you go on the active panel & start receiving and posting letters to other members. This is when you also start receiving the monthly stamps which are usually sent out at about 4 weekly intervals slightly ahead of the month so June stamps should already have been received.
I am not currently active so if anything has altered recently perhaps another member could correct my information.
It is not unusual to be on training for a few weeks and quite often members have been started, stopped & then re-started but you get no extra rewards during those periods.

Bit confused. I was officially live on 20 May and got my presentation stamps
and book of first class stamps and the large ones. Yesterday received in an envelope another lot of first class stamps and the larges ones and a note saying this is the May incentive. Would that be right please.

I think you may just have got lucky and got sent an extra set of stamps

My lucky week. Won £10 in the daily prize draw and got accepted for the unaddressed or perhaps correctly delivered survey. :j Not sure which as had invites for both but only one popped up. Clicked so quickly I didn't check as so surprised I got one at all as not awake at 1 am

Perhaps I should buy a lottery ticket.:rotfl:
