    I did - and I sent it as an attachment to the message! Given their previous record - I'm quite ready to believe they put the wrong list of names on the webpage.

    Back on the live panel at last after a 2 week training period followed by a two month gap...............unless they change their mind again in the next week, which isn't beyond the realms of possibility.

    I'm back on the panel now after a break. I've been doing this for years and I don't like the new website now! I've got a list of posting locations and I was trying to add one that I've used before and it said it didn't exist! The list has postboxes and post offices, but doesn't include 'Pillar-box - Other Road' or 'Other box (e.g. supermarket)'. Even if I try and add posting locations that are already on the list it says 'This Postbox ID is not recognised, please try again or contact the Helpdesk'

    I've emailed to ask for help! Very annoying!
