Just logged in without any problem.

I am starting re-training with items to post next week. They have totally ignored that I had already entered holiday for the whole of July so wonder what that will produce.

    Hi Glen

Have you received an answer from them. I had the same message and used the contact form... Still waiting to hear.

    TIA

    Lx

It's normally quicker just to give them a ring rather than use the contact form.

I think I'm about to be rested, I logged on yesterday to log a received item to find they have asked for all 4 of the smarts I had in stock to be returned, I only have the smart that I had just received and 1 item to post week after next, oh well. Do they normally send you a message to say you are being rested?

They usually send a message when you are about to be rested.

I received a message several weeks ago, and haven't yet received anything to post for next week.

Recently I received stamps for posting July items, along with a presentation pack, so not sure how long exactly before I will need to stop sending.

As if on cue, the postman just dropped 5 items to log through my door, I guess they haven't finished with me yet after all!

I would suggest you have finished your stint as you have received the presentation stamps & don't have anything to post next week but can you rely on them to do what any of us think?!
