Is there no end to your talents Aesop? :o

Nothing at all to add further to my earlier fortune of 3p but just been to the allotment.......mainly to water but decided to pick loads more brambles. Hate to see them going to waste. Got a cucumber, some red onions, 2 decent sized courgettes and a fair few tomatoes.

Have decided I am going to finally look into this matched betting lark as some of you seem to do very well with it. Can anyone point me in the direction of a bit of reading material for complete novices and I am going to start reading tonight and shall make notes so that I fully "get it"

I don't particularly enjoy it and refuse to do anything I don't fully understand. I used Profit accumulator site for free and figured out how it all worked and built my own calculator. I now do it on my own as I refuse to pay for access to this or other similar sites (although of course you have to find your own bets).

If you want to see how the calculator works I can send you a spreadsheet with the workings if you want. Just pm me. Can't promise no errors in the spreadsheet, but seems to work for me and might save you time.

  • Thanks for that Queen Jess......have just been reading a site that compares all the different matched betting sites. I definitely would need my hand holding to do my first bets! Its a bit scary:eek:

I think I will be a while before I get my head round it all and Im not brilliant with spreadsheets. I may come back to you at some point though if thats ok. :D

That's fine. To be clear, although I say a spreadsheet, it really is a simple calculation and very little to see there. It is laid out like the profit accumulator calculator, but you can see how the calculations work (useful for DIY bets, but also as you have to make some amendments for some betting sites that work differently).

I use Profit Accumulator too Queen Jess. Used it 2 years ago and made quite a healthy sum off it. Difficult 2nd time round because having already done most of the signups, and not having the bank behind me, it's a slow slog, but getting there.

I pay £15.99 per month with Profit Accumulator, but I've already made approx £150 in the last month, so very much worthwhile. I use the UltiMatcher spreadsheet which is great, but the main reason for me using Profit Accumulator is for the OddsMatching. Saves me so much time searching for bets, and maximises profit.

Signed up to Neobux last night, and have just hit the $0.60 mark which has allowed me to get my first 3 rented referrals. If anybody is interested, head over to the referrals board for my link ;)

Slow day for me today. Haven't had a single PA survey today, really dried up for me compared to my first 10 or so days. Currently waiting for approval on about £9 worth, some from nearly a week ago. How long do they usually take?

    £0.10 from CitizenMe.
    £4.29 from matched betting

If you try something like Profit Accumulator, you can get a 3-day trial for £1 and they have video's / walkthrough's to help you.

prolific academic can take any amount of time upto 21 days to verify and approve a study. it depends on how many people the researcher required, the type of survey and how long it takes them to verify etc. but if at 21 days they have still not verified it, prolific now automatically confirm it and pay out.
