:rotfl: Yeah, just being friendly/chivalrous! :D
If he was planning on anything smutty with her jo he wouldn't have even told me he was with a girl. She had made her way up there on her own got left by a bus she'd paid to go on and he shared a taxi with her so he did feel a bit responsible. 60 people have reported to the police that their tents were robbed, girls were woken by strangers rifling through their stuff and that was when the camp site was crowded. If there were just a few tents dotted about in different areas it would have been easy picking for anyone to rob or worse as it was made public a few people couldn't get away so we're staying till the buses this morning. He's just done what he felt was the right thing but maybe I did the wrong thing mentioning it on here.

Going to start on the bit of ironing I have now

Anyway long drive done, sun shine all the way, just got back home and the heavens have opened, the sea was calm and you could see for miles, for once, crabs were nice too, yum yum.
Flowers on my mother's grave, it is 9 years today that we had her funeral, so it just felt right, to go today.

Going to have half an hour to me.

MrsMP I am sure your son has done the right thing, and I am sure the girl is thankful, it sounds bad was cancelled, and strangers in tents......etc

Afternoon all. Hugs for Natty and Dave.

Bossy, my friend has just made hammocks to store her children's cuddly toys in.

I've just finished the paid stuff for the day, but before it, I did the dailies, dusted the dusty bits in the LR, did finances as it's pay day and shredding. In between the paid stuff three washloads have been done and dried on the line before the rain came down.

Powercut here this morning which meant I couldn't do much work for an hour so I did some deadheading in the garden.

Hobby room needs some attention in the morning.

    Have a great evening everyone.

  • I'm going to try again this week. Am going to spend a bit of time in the kitchen after dinner before the kids bedtime duty and see what I can get done.

I have however got a few bit done off my to do list today. We should be coming into some money soon hopefully and have a list of improvements around the house on our wish list. I spent some time arranging for people to come and quote for the most important of those. Plus rang the tax office for the umpteenth time to get a code for the 30 hours childcare and finally got one. I cannot tell you how relieved I feel to finally have that one sorted.

Oh also cut the hedge today which obviously wasn't me but is one other thing off the list so that's good.

I've done my bedroom too! Including emptying the contents of my dressing table. Every edge and corner has been defluffed with the vac nozzle.

And <drumroll> I tidied my desk!!! Also attacked the craft drawers and sorted loads of mostly done colouring books and thinned things out a fair bit.

Think I'll do my nails tonight :)
