    Thanks Honeybear. I know you are right. Control isn't my thing when it comes to alcohol so I'm pleased when I feel like I've got a grip. Tonight I even managed to cook supper with a half finished bottle of red staring me in the face. Another victory!:T

    Morning all, 6/21 for me please.
  • Can I set a gentle target of 5 for Nov please Shaggy, not doing so well lately but keep popping in so that when the time is right, I won't waste the opportunity to get some good AF days behind me.
  • Out of the starting blocks at last for November with 1/14 for last night. Had two s*d it days last week which wasn't a good way to start the month.
    What goes around comes around.....I hope!
