I had an unexpected AF day yesterday. I got really cold out shopping so when wine o'clock came round the last thing I fancied was ice and a slice. I made a cuppa instead and then as the evening wore on it seemed like a good idea not to bother.:D I was conscious that as I'm away next week I need all the AF days I can get.

Thanks mamanand Honey Bear for your encouragement. I had nearly a week off but Thurs, Fri and tonight I have not managed. Though I have to say I'm really pleased because I only had two drinks on each night. Usually I would start and then not stop but I actually didn't feel like having more and made a cup of tea! So while I've only clocked up 1/20 so far, I feel in control and confident I won't have another for at least four days.

That's a huge victory, Slowdown! I don't think the point is that we all have to be AF, just that we're in control of it for ourselves.
