Please could I declare early for tonight on 15/18 as I want to add one day more in August. Please can I have a target of 21 in September Shaggy. I need to make up 3 from this month to hit my yearly target of 150. Thanks to whoever suggested that idea and to Shaggy as ever for tracking. I am now disappointed with 15 but have had my best two months for a few years with the help of the yearly target!0

Morning all, 28/21 for me today thanks. Shaggy, could I please have a target of 21 for September.0

15/15 please and hoping for 1 more tonight. Yearly total not looking very good though!
I am also struggling with scales which currently say 15lbs heavier than 4 months ago. In September lots of travelling too which doesn't exactly help when I have very little will power. Still must address this - might try the sugar free ginger beer - water and sparking water get a little boring.
Please can I have 15 for September too.0 -
Listening to Radio 4 as I do when I'm not concentrating on something, you hear interesting snippets without really noticing them. A few days ago someone said that aside from water, alcohol-free beer was the healthiest drink you could order in a pub. Apparently it's because it's got no sugar in it. Just thought I'd drop that in the mix.
31/31 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -
Managed one more AFD yesterday and that will be my last for August so ending the month on 16/14
Will be a lower than normal target for September as I am away now until the 11th so please could I set my target for 10 please Shaggy0 -

1 more AFD for yesterday and I managed to keep the calories to 1600 - at 1100 so far today.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Well I did OK so far this week in that I didn't drink Tue/Wed so am now at 12/15 and should make it 13/15 tonight, but bearing in mind I had hoped to smash target again this month I am disappointed in myself. I have had too many s*d it days on a Tuesday or Wednesday, which goes against my target of AF Mon-Thur nights.
I am also finding that I am knocking back far too much at the weekends. Not necessarily getting drunk, but consistently drinking a couple of large shorts/mixers and then between half and a bottle of wine each night, which is not good. This has increased over time, and added to the weekday s*d it days is not doing me any good. I am hoping to improve in September but I am going away for a week so that won't helpWhat goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -
