I'd like to set my September target at 10 please Shaggy. It will be tough with being away and already having a couple of weeknights where I am going out, but I have to try for it.

16 AFD / 15 so just bettered my target. Very pleased but like you Elusive Lucy drinking a little too much at weekends. However hope to make September target and continue to be mindful of what I am drinking.

Ending up having a bonus day yesterday - I fully intended to have a drink in the evening as it was my last day work before my holiday but didn't bother in the end

Finished August on 17/14 in the end - quite pleased with that :cool:
