    Excellent numbers, PSL. I never managed even five AF days when I was drinking, so 15 is an amazing achievement so far this month. I hope you're really pleased with it so far.

    None here until Thursday. I've arranged to go dancing and drive there as on previous Mondays. Then I won't feel the need to 'celebrate' a Bank Holiday.


    Been AWOL for a few days due to social calendar. I have had a few headachy mornings. Not full blown hangovers but enough to remind me that my tolerance is quite low these days. I'm pleased about that as it helps me locate that stop button when needed. :)
