    4/15 please. I too do not like having a drink at lunchtime - always can see why someone might and think a lady who lunches sounds fun but I would be asleep and lose so much of the day that it isn’t fun. I need to get back into my not on a school night, seems to take me time to reset after a holiday or time away from school nights but hoping I can now having had 2 nights together that were AF.
  • Checking in with another one this evening 5/10 please Shaggy

    Target day for me.:D And plenty of month left for bonus days!:j

    Way to go, Maman! Fantatsic so soon in the month, so you can relax a bit now.

    Waking up without feeling embarrassed, ashamed or guilty about the the things I said is very high up there in my top eight things I love about not drinking, PSL. I can't understand why I thought why any of my drunken behaviour was acceptable for years when it clearly wasn't, even to me.

    It's also just a relief to know that when someone accused me of being catty on Saturday night that I know the problem is his, not mine. Still have no idea what I said that bothered him but, on reflection, much as I've always thought he is a decent enough chap, he never meets my eyes - I have a very strong impression he has a problem with women. Tough - and nothing to do with me.

    18/31 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

    18/31 please Shaggy

    I've gone from all the sleep, to none of the sleep. So tired. Bought some mini chocolate bounties/milkyways, thanks HB
  • 17/25 for last night for me please Shaggy. Finding this easier than last year, just one more weekend to go. Who knows I might even abstain from alcohol next friday which is the night before we go away and exceed my target (pigs might fly!)
    What goes around comes around.....I hope!
  • 18/19 please

    Jumped on the scales last night and lets just say giving up has meant a shocking weight GAIN for me :(:( No great surprise as I have a constant hunger so have been eating lots more. Just disappointed that even with the calories saved from my drinking I am still gaining. I had the same when I gave up smoking so I know it will normalise eventually but its not good for motivation. Tempted to buy a pack of 20 and a case of wine as the new diet :rotfl:

    I like the new jumpy dude for 14 days :)

    Quick question Shaggy , if target is same as days in the month, do we still get the target exceeded badge? Just wondering as the target can't be exceeded, but I want all the badges (sad I know). :rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl:

    Fraid not - you'll have to set your target one lower.....
