    Slept pretty badly again. Kept myself busy today as weekends are tough for me. Elderflower cordial is helping and I have some becks blue so Ill have one as a treat tonight.

    Baileysonice, I slept badly last night for some reason - didn't drop off until about 6.30ish this morning and then slept through till 10, but it was really frustrating, and no reason for it that I can see. So I can feel your pain! :)

    Evening everyone
    Shaggy, can you put me down for 6/31 please?
    Had a dreadful dizzy spell this morning and I had to go back to bed. I checked my BP when I got up and it was 90/60. It must have come down due to being off the booze.
    I'll just take half my usual dose of BP medication tonight.
