As far as I know it's the only month of the year when everyone's a bit kinder to each other about not drinking. Lent, I think, is kind of okay as well (this year 14 February - 29 March) for those that have missed the January boat!Baileysonice wrote: »All fine here had a couple of bottles of Becks Blue last night as a treat and it helped
I don't know what I'd do without it!Lovely lunch out with soft drink, amazing how easy it is to drive and not worry about trains and drinks.
I still find it miraculous that I don't have to factor thinking ahead about how to deal with things while drunk or hungover. Such a freedom.

Calling in early for tonight with 8/25 please Shaggy. As per last year Friday was the most difficult night. I think it comes from the end of week feeling and looking forward to a drink. I got through it but it wasn't easy. Think I might get some AF sparkling wine from Sainsburys for this weekendWhat goes around comes around.....I hope!0

5/20 for me please.
It's been a manic start to the year so far and usually I'd be reaching for a large glass of white at the end of the day. I'm so glad that I came across this thread as it's makes me think twice and feel accountable before I pour that wine. Usually it's just habit that makes me want wine when I finish work (usually about 8-9pm). Now I've started taking the dog for a 20 minute walk instead and that's usually enough. I know i've said it before but thanks to everyone for their support0 -
3/26 AFDs for yesterday0
