Roll up, Roll up. A New Month, A New Challenge.SET A31 days up for grabs!
Everyone Welcome!!!What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hey loads of great results in December
Really impressive given the month.
There is an interesting article in the Guardian today (link here) by a woman who decided to tackle her alcohol issues, worth a read. Also one by Julie Bindel saying hangovers are great but I haven't read that one yet.
*edit I have read it now and it is worth reading to although suspect no one on this thread would agree with her. Here it is: https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2018/jan/01/hangover-best-days-fry-up-diet-coke0 -
Happy New Year everyone. 2017s good intentions crumbled as the year went on, but I'm determined to start over for 2018. Reading Allen Carr's stop drinking book and aiming for a dry January

Hi all, happy new year.
I haven't posted for a while and missed my December target finishing on 6/11
I'm aiming for 31/31 in January as part of a 50 day challenge with a friend.
Overall I'm aiming for 186 [/SIZE] days in 2018 which is 50% of the year.
Sorry about the lack of colour Shaggydoo, I'm on a Samsung tablet and can't work out how to do colour - but I can work out how to do font size .
