Didn't miss it and feel chuffed knowing I'll wake up in the morning clear headed.
It's one of the nicest things about not drinking, knowing that tomorrow morning will feel like a morning when you can get up and get on, unlike my olden days when I used to be a tad hungover.Poor_Single_lady wrote: »Had Bacardi yesterday which I have never drunk before and then had some awful nightmares. Enough to put you right off.
i haven't done very well lately. Trying hard.
Thank you all.
Keep trying, PSL, and it probably was the Bacardi. Rum is pretty heavy going and it catches up with you really quickly.
And keep posting. You'll find things slowly improve if you keep on posting. It just works.

IMO giving up/cutting down, for most people, is about changing habits. I'm not pretending it's easy but we can do it. I think distraction is a good technique. Think about rewarding yourself in a different way. I'm not actually advocating chocolate but.....:EasterBun
I had a moderate weekend which I'm pleased about.
Back on the wagon today. This week will be Monday to Wednesday as Thursday we're visiting the Bombay Sapphire distillery and it would be rude not to taste.;)
