6/15 for tonight please. Think it's a bit easier in the autumnal weathers we have had locally - hot drinks are more appealing tonight whereas a lovely evening rather cries out to be enjoyed with a glass of something sitting outside in the garden.

Can I join you all? I've been lurking around for a while and have finally plucked up the courage to post on here.

I'm nearly half way through reading 'The easy way to control alcohol' as I've been aware I've needed to cut down for a while and I really want to get in control and change my habits.

I've managed 5 AF days so far in August and will aim for 26 AF days in total this month.
