Morning,
Put me down for 2/10 please Shaggy0 -
Welcome Stitchy Witchy.
7/15 please and first smiley for ages. I'm very pleased as driving home last night, really irritating day at work, arrived 0730 and was going to leave on time but left at 1815, I was thinking that it would be lovely to have a glass (or more likely half / most of the bottle). However I resisted so best total for ages and I can have wine tonight as planned. Now just to keep going - always an issue for me!0 -

I'm nearly half way through reading 'The easy way to control alcohol' as I've been aware I've needed to cut down for a while and I really want to get in control and change my habits.
I've managed 5 AF days so far in August and will aim for 26 AF days in total this month.
Welcome and Good Luck! You're on the list. What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
