Called the solicitors this morning to see if we can exchange today, as they have everything they need now and I can’t see a reason not to on our end.

Call diverted to another of their offices because the internet and phones are down at the office my solicitor is at 😭 the lady on the phone was really nice and said she would pass the message along once their phones were up again, but that was at half 9 this morning and not heard anything yet. How frustrating! How late in the day can an exchange happen with only 2 parties in the chain? Do the solicitors have quite a few tasks they need to do to make it happen or is it just the phone call to each party? I’m off to the hospital shortly so hopefully if I do get a call I can still answer!

I feel like tomorrow will be the day now, but I’m starting to get anxious to get it done and locked in for our completion on Tuesday.

I'm having a breather. I don't mind being a little pest but I feel like I might have been a big pest the past few days, so giving my vendors sols the next two days to send the enquiry answers over and if need be I'll ask for an update through the EA on Monday.

Congrats to those with good news and good luck everyone waiting for good news!
