    When do u think I should email solicitor to see if sellers solicitor has received signed documents or should I leave it 🤯🤯 HELP don’t know what to do

    12/03/21 - House put up for sale
    05/04/21 - Offer accepted for sale of house
    10/04/21 - DIP approved
    13/04/21 - Offer accepted on purchase of house
    28/04/21 - Mortgage application made
    30/04/21 - Mortgage offer received
    15/06/21 - Searches ordered
    28/06/21 - Searches received
    22/07/21 - Enquiries raised
    03/08/21 - Enquiries returned, 1 outstanding issue
    19/08/21 - Enquiries on purchase satisfied. Ready to exchange

    All parties have agreed completion date for 10th Sept via estate agents but the conveyancers are doing a very SLOOOOW job and haven't confirmed it for any of us. I don't want to book van, time off work, etc until its confirmed but it feels like they're taking the !!!!!! a bit
    12/03/21 - House put up for sale
    05/04/21 - Offer accepted for sale of house
    10/04/21 - DIP approved
    13/04/21 - Offer accepted on purchase of house
    28/04/21 - Mortgage application made
    30/04/21 - Mortgage offer received
    15/06/21 - Searches ordered
    28/06/21 - Searches received
    22/07/21 - Enquiries raised
    03/08/21 - Enquiries returned, 1 outstanding issue

    10th June - DIP submitted
    11th June - DIP referred to underwriter
    12th June - Viewed house, offer made and accepted
    14th June - DIP accepted and full application submitted
    16th June - Valuation booked for 18th
    18th June - Valuation completed - received text and email confirming the report had been received by Nationwide for review.
    22nd June - Hard search (Transunion)
    24th June - Second hard search (Equifax)
    1st July - Extra documents requested and uploaded by Broker
    9th July - Proof of Deposit requested and uploaded by Broker
    12 July - Searches applied for
    19th July - Problem with Proof of Deposit upload - reuploaded by Broker with narrative
    19th July - Survey carried out
    20th July - Offer issued - checked and confirmed by Broker
    21st July - Contract checks complete
    22nd July - Additional enquiries sent
    23rd July - Survey report returned
    27th July - Documents reviewed and okayed with solicitor
    4th August - Searches back
    31st August - Final enquiries back
    8th September - Contracts signed
    15th September - Deposit money transferred

    Totally agreed on this, one of the many reason why a short gap or simultaneous exchange/completion would cause me major stress! Fingers crossed they'll get a move on and you'll have confirmation soon.

    The sellers lives overseas and was supposed to be with them 2 days ago ready for completion for today

    So both us and our vendors solicitors have everything sorted it’s the third and final party we are still bloody waiting on!!! They just said hopefully you will exchange and complete today!! I want a definitely 🥲 I really want to complete today, they wanted today and have known about it for weeks!!
