Happy Monday. Really hoping for some news this week. Everything has been very stagnant for abit, just chasing. Visited the new house next week and there are lots of weeds in the garden and flies/moths in the shower! It is a vacant property so to be expected I guess. Otherwise everything was great and I just want to get in there! Hopefully this week our buyer gets their mortgage offer and we get our outstanding enquiry answered. Then i might feel we can do it before the end of September. Good luck everyone.0
