Solicitor emailed me and have apologised that’s her secretary put wrong address on there as she put the old house that fell through, the amount was done by sellers solicitor so I have been told to cross it out and put the price we agreed on, going to drop them to her later and hopefully she will email to say they are fine 🤞🤞
    Glad it’s worked out! 😁 x

  • Happy Monday. Really hoping for some news this week. Everything has been very stagnant for abit, just chasing. Visited the new house next week and there are lots of weeds in the garden and flies/moths in the shower! It is a vacant property so to be expected I guess. Otherwise everything was great and I just want to get in there! Hopefully this week our buyer gets their mortgage offer and we get our outstanding enquiry answered. Then i might feel we can do it before the end of September. Good luck everyone.

Fingers crossed everyone for good news this week! Last week our sale finally caught up with our purchase, so this week **might** be exchange week for us.
  • Morning all,

We are now at a point where we have responded to all enquires for our sale, waiting on responses for our purchase and as is the onward purchase. There is a lot laying with our sellers solicitor. Not sure how long to leave it before seeing what's what.

Depends what n whether all enquiries have been responded to I think. For some it could be days or others weeks. If no chain it should be quicker 😀
