I received the email to log on, and "We have found one property record for you. The items available are detailed opposite."
But it just lists my property asking for payment again.0 -

The Transfer dated 5 October 1987 referred to in the Charges Register
was made pursuant to Part V of the Housing Act 1985 and the land has
the benefit of and is subject to such easements as are granted and
reserved in the said Deed and the easements and rights specified in
paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 of the said Act.
4 The Transfer dated 5 October 1987 referred to above contains provisions
as to light or air and boundary structures.
It a on the title register obtained from the land registry and only reference to shared access but it means nothing to me I'm.so.confused
Many thanks x
Ex council owned property bought under right to buy - you'd need to read the Transfer to confirm any specific rights, provisions and covenants. And check the Act for the general details that contains“Official Company Representative

wanderer2426 wrote: »The extension mentioned is my extension not the neighbours, it is a terraced house so you would expect the garden boundary wall to be in line with the house and extension but it comes in slightly into my yard. This wall has been where it is since both me and my neighbours owned our properties, so it looks like the wall was moved back slightly over 20 years ago and this isn't reflected on the title plan.
Are you able to look at the details if I provide the title plan number via email and if so where do I email it to?
My solicitor has not mentioned the neighbours having to apply for adverse possession. She sent an email to land registry asking what needed to be done and they said an AP1 application needed completing which she did.
Walls get moved but that doesn't mean the registered boundaries move with it. If you've submitted an AP1 then you've applied to update the register/title plan so now need to see what comes of that.
Nothing we can look at in here to change that consideration/process so just need to wait to see what happens next“Official Company Representative

Thanks for the responses, if I could just ask one more question though, if part of the land in question is on both mine and my neighbours title plans, does this amount to a mistake by the land registry?0

Not usually - title plans show general boundaries only but woukd 'match' if mapped in same OS detail. Qs may arise if one was mapped on older OS detail for example but it's important to view plans alongside reality in the ground and with an awareness if what's changed over time and why“Official Company Representative

Hello, I hope the Land Registry can help with a definitive answer...
Are property owners notified about title deed searches conducted on their property? And if so, would they receive details of who searched?
Many thanks.0 -

They are not notified - the register is an 'open' one. The term 'search' is used in a variety of contexts but I have assumed by search you mean checking online for ownership details
The only notification processes available are
Property Alert - users are notified by email when a significant application is submitted e.g. an official search to protect an intended application to update and the actual application to update
and
Notification in writing/by email when the registration process requires it e.g. notification that someone has applied to update the register and the registered owner's consent is required or they need to be informed by us for some reason.“Official Company Representative

Hi,
Thanks so much for your help in advance.
We currently live in a property that my husband I both equally own, with no mortgage. We don't have any other property. I would like to gift my husband my share of the property. What do I have to do to gift that over? Would I have to pay any SDLT?0 -
