subcapsular you'll need to exchange each part with one another

Once submitted you can ask it to be expedited. If it's in order then it can usually be done in a few weeks but the key is having a confirmed buyer and it all being correct
You'll need to involve your current lenders also

where can I get a title plan if it is not held on the LR website, I've paid the £3 for the Title register.
is there anywhere else that the Title Plan would be held?

    @subcapsular,

It would help if you linked to your current thread on the issue so that LR can see all of the relevant details...

Boneey some title plans are not available online due to their file size. You'll have to apply by post for a copy - see the section 'Buy copies of the information'

    Hello Land registry.

I have question hopefully you can advise and assist on regarding a boundary.
& I can DM you pictures if its easier.

On our house land registry plan, it shows our boundary in one straight line from the back garden, up, along side our neighbours house and then all the ay to the front of the house.
At the side of our house we have a footpath, but our neighbour is currently doing some work and I believe it is on part of our land. ow would I go about being 100% certain on this?
The line can be clear as it incorporates the side of our neighbours house, but would this line be determined by the wall, or the roof overhang etc.. ?

No plan will give you 100% certainty unless you've both gone down the route of a determined boundary

Have a read of our PG 40 sups 3 and 5 as well and then try and discuss and agree matters with your neighbour

thanks for your reply, yeh I read that land night on your website.
We currently have disputes with our neighbour so unlikely we will do a determined boundary.

Generally though, when a side of a house is used to make part of the boundary, would a wall or the edge of the roof overhang determine a line ?

Because at the moment, on our plan, the boundary line ties in with the side wall of our neighbours house. straight line all the way to the back of the garden, and forwards too.

Plans attached to deeds and title plans generally show the boundaries of a property at ground level only. But the foundations and eaves (roof overhang) may extend beyond the defined boundary line. In such a case, the property includes these projections (but not the air space between them), unless there is evidence to the contrary

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Hi

Can somebody from the LR assist me please. I am in the process of selling my house and my solicitor tells me that part of the deeds from LR are missing (those that confirm access via the back alley) the house is very old (1902) so trying to find the originals may be impossible.

Can you please advise what my options are?

    Many thanks.
