You received an alert to advise you that a second application had been submitted applying to remove a Unilateral Notice. It wasn’t to advise it’s been cancelled

We were just informed that pending application removals were immediate. Does this now need expediting? Exchange was meant to be today on removal of this

I read this thread out of interest.  Can I thank Land_Registry for their long series of helpful replies. 

It is wonderful reading so many posts where L_R has clarified situations where posters have been struggling to get any updates from their conveyancers (who really should have been providing these answers)

Your thanks are noted and appreciated. The conveyancing and registration process can be a difficult experience for some but fortunately for most it’s relatively straightforward albeit at times lengthy. That applies to both private individuals and indeed conveyancers and HMLR. 

Having a presence on MSE works for us and due to our size, indeed reach and our unique position as the only registration authority for England and Wales, it’s good to know we can help if we are asked to through this channel.
