Thanks to you being brave I finally went to the dentist after 10 years.

It was not pretty but I went. Off to the hospital for X-rays (could not cope with the plates but I did try 3 times) and then they will draw up a treatment plan to get as much as possible done under sedation.

Hello folks XX

Not a good time here. lots of people leaving work. we are short staffed, loads of work all the time.

personally it is just hard as a few people are pregnant, which always leaves me with an immense feeling of loss and sadness. If things were normal here I would go bed right now. I would do that and be ok tomorrow. But I can't as have to get my sister in a bit.

everything is very depressing and difficult. Mum is sad, I am sad, sister is sad. work is stressful. Oh I am so sad.

I will be ok once we break up for holidays.

No money news.


Might have a nap.

Had a nap for about 20 minutes. Feel a bit more human.

I am very much looking forward to the holidays. I shouldn't have too much work to do and there is some work on the house I want to do. I just have to hang on a bit longer till we are on the next stage of BIL's recovery.

Funny how just this last week or so it has really hit me. And Mum actually. I think the realisation that this is it now. As one person removed it is so hard to even really understand fully how much has changed. And how much things cannot be fixed. Reality is cold!

Highly impressed, My next appointment is in the break. dreading it but need to suck it up or be a toothless old hag.

And it is never pretty. The things I promise myself when I am in the chair!!

I plug myself into headphones and keep my eyes closed when in the chair. It helps
