Hi, I've got furniture 'dimples' in my carpet. Been moving stuff around to fit the Christmas tree in, and it looks awful. Can you help?

Put ice cubes on the dimple and carpet should come back to life, then obviously dry carpet!

I can't remember if I heard this on Kim and Aggie or Anthea but I'm sure they said to leave an ice cube to melt over the spot then hoover when it's dry? Can anyone remember if that was it?
