    I made rhubarb chutney for the first time recently,  very easy and I really like it.  Good with cheese and had it on a smoked mackerel fillet a couple of days ago and that was yummy :)

    Thanks guys.  We've got our fingers firmly crossed too.  I think we'll just let the annex to friends and family going forward.  Not sure I can face having strangers here again after it being just the two of us for so long.
