A neighbour has just dropped a bag of wool off for me, CHS'S not best pleased but too polite to say anything to her. Never mind I'm keeping him busy, no not like that! he's filling the water tank and I'm running the washing machine, he'll be out in the rain for hours, oops.

Sometimes when people give me wool I smile politely and then think ' oh bu&&er what can I do with that'. This time I took one look in the bag and could immediately 'see' what it would make.

If we strayed into dangerous waters on our boat I have enough wool to tie up lots of pirates, someone else can have Johnny Depp, he's not my type.

Oh dear what have I started ! All I suggested was a gentle world cruise for medicinal purposes .
Now we've got Mar holed up in the hold, with the booze AND the jelly babies. Not cool 'cos I love the green ones. Do you have a secret knock Mar ?
There's a hefferlump , a can can girl, a sea shanty singer and now Johnny Depp . You'll be asking for Leonardo Dicaprio next......... ohhh can I do the Kate Winslet flying thingy, but I hope we don't capsize, what with the hefferlump on board :eek:. Perhaps we should have two of them, you know one each end of the ship, just for balance :rotfl:.

No wonder I am feeling sick today. I'm not taking the tablets (for feeling sick) today they make me feel worse.

I do not feel like crossing the Atlantic in a small boat especially if the elephant is making it list to one side!

I have gin! Oh and jam sandwiches. Late DH was a submariner and got really seasick for the first few days. He would eat jam sandwiches as they tasted better on the way back up!
