Just lost a long post. It's so hot the laptop is not happy. Hope everyone manages some sleep.I've remembered to get the fan out so hopefully that will help cool things down.
Going to see which meds are involved in the pharmacy shortages problem. Hope it isn't going to be inhalers again that was a nghtmare near the start of the pandemic. Shocking how many people convinced GPs they wete asthmatic without a diagnosis. many  admitted on social media they lied in case they got covid.  Meanwhile my two younger dds who need both inhalers reguarly were panicking in case they rsn out.
I seemed to spend sges at the pharmacy counter waiting for those items on repeat. Not their fault but chancers with no idea how scary it is not to be able to breathe. They wouldn't have got further with superdoc than being pointed to the way out.

I'm glad you had a good time here.  Today it has gone over from warm to (unpleasantly) hot so you've gone back to the North
    east at the right time!!!!

I'm going slow today as I seem to plod more as it gets hotter, so I'm treating myself to some extra internet time.  I never posted much on any of the MSE forum threads, but this was my favourite one to lurk a bit on, am I missing something or does it seem that it is not so busy these days???

Oh Burtha I call that unfair, newly weds are not supposed to be struck down with sickness bugs!!!

I hope you find some refuge from the heat in the campervan and have a good rest and get well quickly!!

I'm trying to muster some get up and go to walk up to the urban woods behind my house and photograph the ever decreasing pond there, however it's now hit 30C which means I will wait until this evening and instead try and raise some money for a new shower ( ours only works on cold now) by putting stuff on ebay......my enthusiasm for ebaying is low, but cold showers are going to lose their novelty when this hot period ends..............

Uurrggghh, burtha! Hope you feel better soon. Sickness bugs are bad enough without having to deal with the heat as well. Don't forget to replenish your electrolytes etc. Get some rehydration sachets from the chemist's. They'll help you recover better.
