I am deeply hurt. And highly offended too. I wear my fingers to the bone cooking for you lot and what do I get? abuse!!! lovely soup. lovely steaks. lovely stew. all high grade low fat organic natural wild meat. Some people are just theee pits.

You just need the hind leg of whatever animal you choose. Rub salt, spices , sugar and nitrates into it and wrap it up for a few weeks to cure it. I think you can get turkey bacon, so it doesn't have to be Peppa or any of her relatives.

Do you know I was just about to order a new freezer from Costco on the recommendation of Ming......I'm not saying anything but I'm thinking an awful lot

It's not the freezer you need to fear Nargle. It's the patio.

Don't eat the breakfast. Mar is not to be trusted with meat. Whatever she calls it  it's usually GREY.
