Afternoon all, hope everyone is coping. We don't have much choice I know but some find it harder than others. My Hubby is into making noise in the garden at the moment, bless him. He does half an hour of bits and bobs then has to lie down but boy is 30 minutes a long time lol. I hate strimmers, drill and saws. Basically I hate noise, luckily the landlord ( housing assoc) put fences in instead of hedges ( the bane of my life) trouble is our old neighbours next door refused the fence as they owned their house so we have this huge damned thing there now. Its well over 10 foot high and we cant manage much between us and the new neighbours are too lazy. 3 grown men cant keep up with a hedge grrrr…..
On a brighter note my poly tunnel is in situ now and full of pots with a few seedlings peeping through - I do love Mother nature. Lets hope its a good year for growing your own wether its a pot of herbs or a micro holding as I like to call mine
Hugs to all xxxClearing the junk to travel light

Well, if yours is a micro holding, then my few pots might be a nano-holding! 😁😁ginnyknit said:

I was feeling a bit peckish for something savoury, but didn’t want to cook, and didn’t have any savoury snacks, but then I remembered I’d got a block of vintage cheddar and some celery that needed eating up and........... wow! I’d forgotten how wonderfully celery and mature cheddar go together! It was so nice, I had some more! 😋
Yum yum!

Can you say, also broadly, what the conclusions were?

Ha i wish Camelot - i have a revision lecture to write and deliver, 35 assignments to mark followed by 30 exam papers and then the viva to prepare for!! But, yes, there is a bit of downtime as well now... Especially as we were supposed to be on holiday next week and again at the end of May, neither of which are happening now (of course, and i know we're far from the only ones..)
Pyxis - the overriding single conclusion (or thesis, if you will) is that career success should not be judged only in terms of hierarchical position and salary..I wanna be in the room where it happens5
