if the ref doesnt start with a 1 (usually a 3 for DRP) then its DRP on GLADRAGS letterheaded notepaper , meaning IGNORE

the clue is if they ask you to contact or pay DRP, because a GLADRAGS client is the PPC , NOT a DCA like DRP/ZENITH/PCS

gladrags references usually start with a 1 , not 2 or 3

if its actually a GLADRAGS LBC , then rebut it , see post #2 of the NEWBIES sticky thread , so yes its probably a genuine LBC from the solicitors themselves

The ticket was the 28th of January and first letter was the 18th of may.. ticket on car stated that the parking period was from 17.52 to 18.00 and ticket issued at 18.01, the driver arrived at that time too so must have literally just missed them.. RK is refusing to go to court so I am at a loss of what to do now.. had a letter before claim this Morning which stated that the payment was to go straight to Gladstone

Yes it starts with a 1. It's dated the 25th but only came today so already 7days inside of the 14 days timeframe
