They are the same company - as waamo says - we've laughed at DRP and their other name, Zenith for many years:

But that link is already in the NEWBIES thread and here:

I have just bumped that thread yet again:

I've also ignored Euro Car Parks and their debt collectors myself. If court letters are issued am I able to call and settle before it goes any further, really don't want anything effecting our credit rating?
The proper answer to that is:
- who is the parking firm? Plenty of them never sue anyone.
- if they are litigious, we will help you with a defence.
- we win over 99% of defended cases in small claims, specific to parking 'charges' like this con.
- you do not get a CCJ unless you either ignore the court claim (if you make no defence) ignore court directions (by not following our clear advice in the NEWBIES thread), or don't turn up at a hearing, or turn up and lose a defended case - and THEN ALSO refuse to pay the charge within 30 days of the Judgment.
People do not 'get a CCJ' when a court claim arrives not by defending it.
People can settle the day before any hearing if they want, or on the day!
But on this forum we aim to kill off the charge, if a court claim arrives.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It was a DR surgery? Doesn't state a parking company? Only DRP/Zenith acting on behalf of millienum0

It says they are acting on behalf of millennium door and event security ltd
Right, so when have we ever lost one against them/Gladstones?
The name in bold is the parking firm, or one of the multiple names they use. NOT a firm to pay!

The forum does seem to be acting very oddly tonight. I keep getting logged out and sometimes can't edit posts.0

So do what the National Debtline clearly didn't do, and read and learn from the forum.
Read the NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' thread post #2 in readiness for a Letter before Claim (forget the daft debt letters!!).
And then, try a search of this parking board for 'Millennium Swansea'. Try reading the posts from LoadsofChildren123 who is a Millennium 'expert' especially about Swansea scam sites, and she is legally qualified.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The good news is they very rarely do court. A few handpicked cases so far.
This may change in the future but for now the odds of anything other than scary letters that are not even soft, strong or very, very long are slim.0
