Private parking is a wacky world where all normal rules go out of the window. Any kind of quasi official organization expects normal rules of conduct to be followed. It astounds and amazes them when an "industry" is so like some wild west creation that they just don't seem to cope.

We see so many respected organizations give poor advice about parking it's not true. The C.A.B for one are really unhelpful. Nothing prepares them for outragous decisions like the IPC and their kangaroo appeals system.

    Hi,

It's not allowing me to edit when I click on the + sign? Is there another way around this?

The company is DRP (debt recovery plus) had 3 letters from them and now have zenith acting on there behalf?

Zenith and DRP are both debt collectors. All they do is try to scare you into paying.

Who is the actual parking company?

The last letter I had stated it was the final letter before legal action is taken and this is why I'm worried. If it was in my name it wouldn't worry as much but as it's not and my other half doesn't deal well with these situations (if left to him he would have just paid) I know if it went to court he would not want to proceed and will give in and pay! It was 7 mins, ticket ran out at 1800 and ticket was issued at 1807, the driver arrived back not long after, (20 mins was a rough guess) my main worry is getting anything on mine or his credit ratings as we have tried for years to get it back to good credit so would hate to tarnish it because of this one fine

It isn't a fine, and your good credit won't be tarnished (unless you get s ccj and ignore it), so forget that issue.

ok , so its Millenium Parking of Swansea (or Cardiff ? ) again

there are several MILLENIUM threads on here that are court cases, so read those , and read any posts by loadsofchildren123 as well , but only from 2017 , nothing older

if you lost in court , pay up within 28 days and no issues with your credit rating. its not paying a court judgment which leads to a CCJ and that is what trashes a credit rating

so pay in full , if you lose , than its "satisfied" and is over with

if you win , you pay nothing and claim back costs etc

clieck on the left hand BLUE edit button below your posts to edit them

and IGNORE drp/zenith , they are merely debt collectors and powerless
