Indeed. If the letters didn't induce a bit of fear nobody would pay.

Maybe you need to try from a laptop/desktop.

  • Millennium are litigious. The small claims list in Swansea and Port Talbot is full of cases brought by them.
You have a defence - they are outside the grace period. Do not identify the driver. If they haven't complied with the POFA time limits then they cannot sue the RK. Did they comply? After they put the windscreen ticket on the car, they should have then sent a Notice to Keeper within a specified time limit. What was the date of your windscreen ticket and what was the date of the Notice to Keeper?

If they haven't complied with POFA they will need to show the RK was driving, which they can't, and he simply needs to say he wasn't driving and show that there are others who drive the car (eg the insurance may cover other named drivers).

However, this involves the RK mounting a proper defence and dedicating some time to it.

  • Read this thread. Maybe the same petrol station? She put up a fight and they discontinued. They've had a few losses recently so maybe they are starting to be more choosy about who to proceed against?

    hahahahaha!!!

Got away with? What the heck do you think it is? Something official, to wriggle out of?

    It's a scam. No-one here pays them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • So I have received a letter before claim from Gladstone but this doesn't advise to pay DRP they have asked to pay them direct! Does this mean it's a genuine solicitors letter, not DRP?
