Morning,
Hope everyone is ok?
Had a good day yesterday and it was nice to catch up with my friend.
Busy day today, I need to help DD pack for tomorrow. We need to sort spending money and coach travel money and have her medical form to fill in. Need to nip to town to pick her up a torch too, unsure where her other one went.
DH gets paid tomorrow
Tomorrow I need to move money about and make the extra payment to BC, not done yet.0 -
Have a lovely day x0

Morning, I'm back
Had a great break but don't want to go back to work on Monday
Job hunting is going ok, a construction company is looking for a DC to work on their project in Swindon, it's a pain driving plus wear and tear on the car but....it's an hour from home and that company would look good on my cv. So we'll see what happens.
DD starts school next Tuesday and I'm holiday that day so I can be here if she gets stuck. Wednesday they're both back so DS can help if needed
Four weeks to pay day or 20 working days to go.
August review:
I failed at the AFD's
I failed at the NSD's
Paid a chunk off the BC
Paid a small slice off the Cap One using surveys
Started my pots, just need to categorise them
Made a start on the Christmas shopping
Meal plan kind of worked
September Goals:
Try again with the AFD's
Try again with the NSD's
Lunches to work
£10 weekly allowance
Keep up with the surveys
Meal plan and stick to it
Today, I need to do the following:
Freezer stock take
Cupboard stock take
Meal plan
Change our bed
Washing
Surveys
Will be back later once I've caught up on every bodies diaries.0 -
Glad you enjoyed your time off. The holidays have gone too fast!0

Freezer and cupboard stock takes done and meal plan done. Shopping list has been done and we don't need very much based on what we have in already.0

Nice to see you back Missed your daily updates
All looking good and organised Fingers crossed for the job x0 -

It's just struck me I put BC, I meant Capital One.....Doh!0 -
After a lovely two weeks off, I'm not ready to go back to work and all the hassles that go with it. Although I'm holiday Tuesday as DD starts secondary school <<gulp>>
Found out today that an ex-colleague died yesterday, he was such a lovely bloke
Roast beef for dinner here today, needed on a wet and miserable day. It's all prepped, just need to do the potatoes.
Last bits bought that I need for the month, even managed to bag a few bargains that've been bunged in the freezer
Chilli has been made for enchiladas for dinner tomorrow night, once it's gone cold I can do the potatoes for dinner. Pork is marinating in the fridge for dinner on Tuesday.
DH has done the ironing, I just need to change our bed (still!)
I've made my lunch for tomorrow, I'm determined to stay on track this month.
Aiming for a LAD today, it's my last day of my holiday after all.0 -
Morning......bah to Monday's!!
LAD achieved plus clean me and clean bed, meant I had a decent nights sleep
Dinner was lovely last night and there wasn't much left either :rotfl:
Dinner for tonight is in the fridge, just needs cooking.
Bank account checked and although there's a lot to come out things in there are ok so far.
Need to get my train ticket and parking today, so that's a chunk out.
Will be fairly busy on site today but I'm hoping that I can get some surveys done. I'm nearly at the £40 pay out on Onepoll and that would be a good chunk to pay off the Cap One card this month.
Good luck to those starting and going back to school today.
Back later x0
